{Harsany and Associates worked with the City of Lima to ensure we were meeting complicated HUD HOME Investment Partnership Program regulations on a multi-million dollar housing project that resulted in the renovation of a vacant but iconic historic building in the heart of our downtown. The expertise that Harsany and Associates brought to the project helped us to effectively monitor the project and avoid costly compliance issues. Most recently, Harsany and Associates completed a thorough housing assessment for our community which has provided a blueprint for our strategy to improve housing quality in the City of Lima. President & Founder

Doug founded Harsany & Associates, LLC as a consulting firm in 2010. His role is both to provide leadership to the firm and to provide technical assistance, project management, product development, research and evaluation, and training services to states, local governments, non-profits and other entities involved in housing and community development.
